Title: US MGs get AP rounds even when not purchased

You get AP Rounds when buying MGs as US, and there seems to be a bug with the cooldown reseting when deploying and undeploying the MGs rapidly

I believe it was agreed once upon a time to include this for free because no one would pay for it, so that part may just be the site being out of sync.
