A good day for this would be on Saturday, 9pm GMT. We of course should be some topics together.
1. Do we want to try implementing old doctrines or simplify what we have. Such as, 4 teirs, with unlocks for vehicles and off maps, some stat buffs and abilities, similar to vcoh.
2. For balance discussions, a more transparent approach would be ideal. No more special threads for balance team or devs. Essentially, no more cliques.
3. Upgrading the discord server to a paid one, which I believe gives us some more functionality.
4. Updating the forums and site as a whole, all this old code is a mess.
5. Implementing a timetable to accomplish tasks.
6. Reaching out to streamers of coh2 and possibly seeing about doing some real advertising for the mod, even though it is an old game. Twitch has streamers that do enjoy playing old games, and their is an audience.
