Terror tier 2 "Heroes of the Wehrnacht" doctrine ability might be affecting other KCH squads, rather than only non-KCH troops, mismatching both internal design docs and WarCP description.

Poor word choice from whoever wrote the description. The intent was never to encourage multiple KCH squads, instead actually encouraging mixing KCH with other infantry units. Original design document at the time of tier 2 implementation:

Quote
Heroes of the Wehrmacht
KCH have an aura that increases infantry accuracy and decreases received damage by 10% to troops in a small radius (20) to units around them.
Does not stack
Does not self-apply
Does not apply to KCH

how did blitz go from
Armored Advance
All tanks emits an aura around them that does not stack with each other that grants the following.
- Received Suppression 0.70
- Received Accuracy .9
- 1/2 the size of LT aura (15 unit range)

to

Armored Advance
Infantry within 25 unit range of tanks receive 25% less damage and 30% less suppression. (6VP)

Probably through the power of balancing changes.
Not sure how easy it is to prevent units from affecting their own type.

It might not  be difficult. There are modifiers for "apply to self"

And it has that. But according to people that apparently only means the unit, not the type of "kch".
Though there is a "kch" type. Worth a look.
